目的:建立葆癸胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对葆癸胶囊中的盐补骨脂、虎杖、地黄、知母4味药材进行定性鉴别,使用高效液相色谱法对葆癸胶囊中的补骨脂素、异补骨脂素和大黄素进行定量测定。结果:TLC的斑点清晰,分离度好,并且不同成分的阴性样品没有干扰;补骨脂素、异补骨脂素和大黄素进样量分别在0.09815~1.4723μg、0.1176~1.764μg和0.036~0.54μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r>0.9999,平均加样回收率分别为97.85%、98.62%和98.97%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作过程简便,结果准确、可靠,重现性好,可有效控制葆癸胶囊的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Baogui capsule. Methods: TLC method was used to qualitatively identify the four components of salt, such as salt psoralen, Polygonum cuspidatum, Rehmannia glutinosa and Zhimu, in Bao decoction capsule. The contents of psoralen, Psoralen and emodin for quantitative determination. Results: The spots of TLC were clear, the resolution was good, and the negative samples of different components did not interfere. The injection volume of psoralen, isopsoralen and emodin were 0.09815 ~ 1.4723μg, 0.1176 ~ 1.764μg and 0.036 ~ The linear range of 0.54μg was linear with the peak area (r> 0.9999). The average recoveries were 97.85%, 98.62% and 98.97%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: The method has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, accurate and reliable results and good reproducibility, which can effectively control the quality of Bao decoction capsule.
