[目的]番茄疮痂病是番茄生产中危害较重的一种细菌性病害。为了提高化学药剂对番茄疮痂病的防治效果,采用吸光度法对番茄疮痂病菌有毒力作用的化学药剂二氯异氰酸钠和链霉素进行复配杀菌试验研究。[结果]2个药剂的16种复配组合协同系数均大于1.0。[结论]二氯异氰酸钠与链霉素协同作用对番茄疮痂病菌的杀菌效果为反协同性。
[Objective] Tomato scab is a kind of bacterial disease which is harmed in tomato production. In order to improve the control effect of chemical agents on the tomato scab, the compound bactericidal test was conducted using the chemical reagent sodium dichloroisocyanurate and streptomycin, which have the toxic effect on tomato scab pathogen by absorbance method. [Result] The synergistic coefficients of the 16 combinations of the two agents were greater than 1.0. [Conclusion] The synergistic effect of sodium dichloroisocyanate and streptomycin on the bactericidal effect of the tomato scab pathogen was anti-synergism.
