目的掌握辖区居民对抗生素使用知识和行为的情况,并了解辖区居民合理使用抗生素健康教育干预效果,为培养居民正确用药、纠正不正确的用药行为、有针对性地合理使用抗生素提供有效依据。方法随机抽取20~69岁社区居民累计316人,进行问卷调查。经过为期1年的不同形式健康教育干预后,再次对同一人群进行问卷调查。了解并对比干预前后该人群的合理使用抗生素知晓率及行为情况。结果干预后,居民合理使用抗生素知晓率及行为改变率均有提高。结论合理使用抗生素健康教育干预可提升居民对合理使用抗生素的知信行水平。建议持续深入开展合理使用抗生素健康教育,扩大宣传力度,培养居民正确用药观念。
Objective To understand the residents ’knowledge and behavior of using antibiotics and to understand the effects of proper use of antibiotics health education intervention by residents in the area to provide effective evidences for cultivating residents’ proper medication, correcting improper medication behaviors and using targeted antibiotics rationally. Methods A total of 316 community residents from 20 to 69 years old were randomly selected for questionnaire survey. After a year of different forms of health education intervention, again the same population questionnaire. Understand and compare the rational use of antibiotics awareness and behavior of the population before and after the intervention. Results After intervention, residents’ awareness of rational use of antibiotics and behavioral change rate increased. Conclusion The rational use of antibiotics in health education interventions can enhance residents’ awareness of the rational use of antibiotics. It is recommended to continue to carry out the rational use of antibiotic health education, expand publicity efforts, and cultivate residents’ concept of proper medication.
