上海寄生虫病研究所研制的抗疟药7351(苯骈萘啶类新药)经过二年(1971年~1972年)来的口服试用,证明其疗效不低于氯喹,而副反应却比氯喹低,动物实验与氯喹无交叉抗药性。为了抢救凶险型疟疾的需要,1973年进行了7351针剂对实验动物的疗效与毒性试验,并与氯喹针剂作平行比较。各项试验证明,7351针剂的疗效显著,毒性显著比氯喹为低,具有高效、速效、低毒的特点,可过渡到临床试用。
