目的观察学龄期癫痫儿童的情绪、生活质量与认知功能相互关系。方法用癫痫计算机化认知任务测试的方法(CCTE)对2012年5月至2015年2月首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院神经内科就诊287例癫痫患儿进行认知测试和情绪障碍评估,其中男152例、女135例,年龄6~18岁,平均(10.9±2.4)岁。分析学龄期癫痫患儿情绪障碍、生活质量与认知功能之间的相互关系。采用SPSS21.0统计软件对情绪和生活质量的评定分值、认知任务测试的答题正确数进行处理。情绪、生活质量和认知功能的关系采用Pearson相关,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果癫痫儿童生活满意程度得分与计算能力、语言理解能力和一般智力呈显著负相关。癫痫儿童生活质量认知功能得分与语言配对联接学习能力呈显著负相关(r=-0.15,P<0.05)。焦虑、抑郁与各项认知功能均无显著相关。焦虑、抑郁和生活质量量表各分项均呈显著负相关(r=-0.13、r=-0.14、r=-0.12,P均<0.05)。结论学龄期儿童癫痫生活质量和认知功能存在相关关系,临床应予重视和干预。
Objective To observe the relationship between emotion, quality of life and cognitive function in school-age children with epilepsy. Methods Cognitive tests and mood disorders were evaluated in 287 children with epilepsy admitted to Department of Neurology, Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics from May 2012 to February 2015, using the CCTE method of epilepsy. 152 cases, 135 females, aged 6 to 18 years, mean (10.9 ± 2.4) years. To analyze the relationship between mood disorders, quality of life and cognitive function in children with school-age epilepsy. Using SPSS21.0 statistical software for emotional and quality of life assessment scores, cognitive tasks test the correct number of answers to be addressed. The relationship between emotion, quality of life and cognitive function was analyzed by Pearson correlation, P <0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results The score of life satisfaction of children with epilepsy was negatively correlated with the ability of comprehension, language comprehension and general intelligence. Children with epilepsy had a significantly negative correlation between cognitive function scores and language learning ability (r = -0.15, P <0.05). Anxiety, depression and various cognitive functions were not significantly correlated. Anxiety, depression and quality of life subscales showed significant negative correlation (r = -0.13, r = -0.14, r = -0.12, P all <0.05). Conclusion There is a relationship between quality of life and cognitive function in school-age children with epilepsy. Clinic should pay attention to and interfere with it.
