At the 13th World Swimming Championships in Rome, the world record has been frequently rewritten, and the swimsuit has become the biggest promoter behind the scenes, even being called “high-tech stimulant” by industry insiders. Since then, FINA held a press conference in Rome officially announced that from 2010 onwards, all swimwear must be returned to tradition, the material used will be replaced by textiles Polyurethane. Looking at the history of modern sports competitions, we can easily find out that the international sports community does not oppose or even support the improvement of science and technology in supporting sports facilities. Instead, it cautions or opposes the use of scientific and technological means of athletes.
