目的 探讨一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)基因表达与补肾通络方在阴茎勃起中的关系。 方法 将 4 0只成年雄性大白鼠随机分为四组 ,去势组、补肾通络方组与丙酸睾酮组分别切除双侧睾丸 ,其中补肾通络方组和丙酸睾酮组在切除睾丸后给予中药及丙酸睾酮替代 ,于术后 3周取阴茎组织 ,用 PCR检测其 NOSm RNA的表达。 结果 去势组 NOSm RNA的表达较其它 3组下降 ,而表现 NOSm RNA增多的组 ,由多到少排定为对照组、丙酸睾酮组及补肾通络方组 ;对照组、丙酸睾酮组及补肾通络方组其 NOSm RNA内控量较多 ,与去势组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而丙酸睾酮组及补肾通络方组之间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。 结论 补肾通络方可能通过调节 NOSm RNA表达而在阴茎勃起中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) gene and Bushentongluo recipe in penile erection. Methods Forty male adult white rats were randomly divided into four groups. The bilateral testes were removed from the castrated group, the Bushentongluo group and the testosterone propionate group, respectively. The Bushentongluo group and the testosterone propionate group were used to remove the testes. The traditional Chinese medicine and testosterone propionate were given as substitutes. The penis tissue was taken at 3 weeks after operation and the expression of NOSm RNA was detected by PCR. Results The expression of NOSm RNA in the castration group was lower than that in the other three groups. The group with more NOSm RNA was ranked as the control group, testosterone propionate group and Bushen Tongluo group; the control group and testosterone propionate group. The amount of NOSm RNA in the Bushentongluo group was higher than that in the castration group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the testosterone propionate group and the Bushentongluo group. P>0. 0 5 ). Conclusion Bu Shen Tong Luo Fang may play an important role in penile erection by regulating NOSm RNA expression.
