对脱毒马铃薯组培苗无基质培养的可能性和最佳培养条件进行了研究。结果表明 ,在培养前对培养茎段进行预处理可以有效地提高培养效果。处理液 112 MS(大量、微量 ) +蔗糖 5 0 g·L-1+IAA 5mg·L-1处理的茎段的培养效果与常规基质培养的无明显差异。培养出的分化苗进一步进行基质分化培养的效果与一直进行常规基质培养的茎段的效果相似。2代培养生产成本可以降低 30 %左右
The feasibility and optimal culture conditions of virus-free potato tissue culture without substrate culture were studied. The results showed that pre-treatment of cultured stem segments before culturing can effectively improve the culture effect. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the culture effect between the treatment liquid 112 MS (lots and trace) + sucrose 50 g · L -1 + IAA 5 mg · L -1 and the conventional culture. The effect of cultivating the differentiated seedlings for further differentiation of the medium is similar to that of the stems that have been subjected to conventional culture.
