采用不同高浓度的硝酸对由TiOSO4生成的Ti(OH)4进行处理,发现浓硝酸在低温下可以促使纳米金红石型二氧化钛的生成,用XRD及高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM)对生成的晶粒晶型及形貌进行了分析,发现纳米晶的稳定性差,晶体界面有较多的缺陷和非晶,并有孪晶出现。
Different concentrations of nitric acid were used to treat Ti (OH) 4 formed by TiOSO4. It was found that concentrated nitric acid could promote the formation of nano-rutile TiO2 at low temperature. The formation of nano-rutile TiO2 by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) Crystallization and morphology were analyzed and found that the stability of nanocrystalline poor, crystal interface has more defects and amorphous, and twins appear.
