介绍了三菱公司新研发的M-PM超低氮燃烧器在珠海电厂2×700 MW亚临界锅炉的应用。M-PM燃烧器是在A-PM低氮燃烧器的基础上研发的,具有更好的着火和稳燃性能,降氮效果更佳。锅炉采用M-PM燃烧器改造后,在燃用神华煤满负荷运行时氮氧化物排放浓度由360 mg/m3降低到136 mg/m3,比改造前降低62%,同时解决了锅炉汽温偏低、烟气热偏差大和燃烧器摆角过高的问题,锅炉效率有所提高。
