目的用原子荧光分光光度法代替冷原子吸收法测定生活污水中的汞含量。方法污水经过消化后直接用原子荧光分光光度计上机测定。结果原子荧光分光光度法的最低检出量为0.0309μg/L,精密度<5%,回收率>90%,r>0.999,该法与冷原子吸收法检测结果类似。结论用原子荧光分光光度法测定生活污水中汞含量比冷原子吸收法方便、快捷,可满足生活污水的汞检测。
Objective To determine mercury in domestic sewage by atomic fluorescence spectrometry instead of cold atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods After digestion of sewage directly by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer on the machine measured. Results The minimum detectable quantity by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was 0.0309μg / L, the precision was less than 5%, the recovery was more than 90%, r> 0.999. The method was similar to the cold atomic absorption spectrometry. Conclusion The determination of mercury in domestic sewage by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry is more convenient and faster than the cold atomic absorption method, which can meet the mercury detection of domestic sewage.
