肾功衰竭是肾脏病的晚期表现,多伴有肾性高血压,二者互为因果。特别是并发肾功衰竭的肾性高血压,在很大程度上决定病人的预后,因此对肾性高血压的治疗显得十分重要。本文就我院收治的并发肾功衰竭的肾性高血压118例进行疗效观察,现报告如下。 1 临床资料本组共118例,男70例,女48例。年龄16～71岁。以31～50岁最多,占73.7％。本 Renal failure is a late manifestation of kidney disease, often accompanied by renal hypertension, the two causation each other.
