目的探讨在助产专业妇产科教学中应用能力本位教学方法的效果。方法对我校助产专业2014级126名学生在妇产科教学中运用能力本位教学法,2013级115名助产专业学生在妇产科教学中运用常规教学法,对比两级学生的学习效果、就业率情况。结果 2014级学生的成绩优秀率明显高于2013级(P<0.05),而且合格率更高(P<0.05);2014级学生的就业率明显高于2013级(P<0.05)。结论应用能力本位教学法可以使学生对助产专业有更加深刻的认识,能够提高学生的就业率,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effect of using competency-based teaching methods in midwifery obstetrics and gynecology teaching. Methods A total of 126 students from midwifery 2014 in our school applied abilities-based teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching. In 2013, 115 midwifery students applied routine teaching method to obstetrics and gynecology teaching to compare the learning outcomes of two levels of students , Employment rate situation. Results The excellent grade of 2014 students was significantly higher than that of 2013 grade (P <0.05), and the pass rate was higher (P <0.05). The employment rate of 2014 grade students was significantly higher than that of 2013 grade (P <0.05). Conclusion The application-oriented teaching method can make students have a more profound understanding of midwifery specialty, which can improve the employment rate of students and is worth promoting.
