虽然我国早在2006年就推行了事业单位的岗位绩效工资制度改革,但是受各方面因素的影响,绩效工作始终处于一种相对滞后的状态,面对新的发展环境,落实事业单位绩效工资分配改革意义重大。笔者从事业单位绩效工资分配的现状出发,对其改革法方法进行了研究和讨论。
Although China implemented the post performance salary system reform as early as in 2006, the performance work has always been in a relatively backward state under the influence of various factors. In the face of the new development environment, the implementation of performance-based salary distribution in public institutions Reform is of great significance. Based on the current status quo of performance salary distribution of the institutions, the author studied and discussed the method of reforming law.
