目的考察板蓝根不同提取部位单独使用和组合使用后抑菌以及解热方面的活性。方法采用体外抑菌圈法观察板蓝根不同有效部位的抑菌活性;采用干酵母及大肠杆菌内毒素致大鼠发热模型观察板蓝根不同有效部位的解热活性。结果抑菌方面,板蓝根多个提取物组均有不同程度的药效,其中以中药提取物Ⅱ组效果最佳;解热方面,板蓝根各个提取物组均有不同程度的药效,其中以中药提取物Ⅱ组效果最佳,中药提取物Ⅲ组效果较差,两者之间存在显著性差异。结论板蓝根作为常用清热解毒中药,其抑菌及解热作用较佳。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the bacteriostatic and antipyretic activities of Radix Isatidis in different extraction sites after being used alone and in combination. Methods The antibacterial activities of different effective parts of Radix Isatidis were observed by inhibition zone method in vitro. The antipyretic activity of different effective parts of Radix isatidis was observed with the model of fever caused by endotoxin of E. coli and dry yeast. Results In bacteriostasis, the extracts of Radix isatidis had different degrees of efficacy. Among them, the extracts of Radix isatidis had the best effect. In the aspects of antipyretics, the extracts of Radix isatidis had different degrees of efficacy. Among them, The best effect of the extract Ⅱ group, the traditional Chinese medicine extract group Ⅲ less effective, there is a significant difference between the two. Conclusion Banlangen as a common detoxification traditional Chinese medicine, its bacteriostatic and antipyretic effect is better.
