利用高速摄影技术对离心泵叶轮中固体颗粒运动轨迹及其规律进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:质量大的颗粒,在离心泵叶轮中,其轨迹总是趋向叶片压力面。对于转速高的工况,颗粒也向偏于压力面方向运动。
Using high-speed photography technology of centrifugal pump impeller in the trajectory and the movement of solid particles were studied. The experimental results show that the mass of particles in the centrifugal pump impeller, the trajectory is always toward the blade pressure surface. For high-speed conditions, the particles are also biased to the pressure side of the direction of movement.
