近年来,作为省属全额拨款事业单位的华东有色地勘局,打破工会主席直选大多在中小非公企业中推行的认识,积极适应新时期、新形势下工会工作发展的需要,主动改革工会组织体制,创新工会工作方法,率先开展事业单位工会主席直选,取得了明显成效。通过直选,基层工会主席文化水平、年龄结构进一步优化,工会工作得到明显增强。本文结合笔者近两年的工作实践,欲对基层地勘单位工会主席直选的认识和做法进行理论探讨。
In recent years, Huazhong Non-ferrous Geological Prospecting Bureau, the province’s fully funded institution, has broken the recognition that trade union presidential direct elections have mostly been implemented in small and medium-sized non-public enterprises and has actively adapted to the needs of the development of trade unions in the new period and in the new situation. Organized the system and innovated the working methods of trade unions. It took the lead in launching directly elected presidents of trade unions in public institutions and achieved remarkable results. Through direct election, the grassroots level trade union chairman’s educational level and age structure have been further optimized and the work of trade unions has been markedly strengthened. Based on the author’s work practice in the past two years, this article attempts to make a theoretical discussion on the understanding and practice of direct election of trade union chairmen in grass-roots geological exploration units.
