目的调查浙江省衢州市在职公务员高血压、糖尿病、脑卒中和冠心病的患病率,分析其影响因素。方法对衢州市842名在职公务员进行问卷调查及体格检查,收集相关资料进行分析。结果 842名在职公务员中,高血压患者131人,糖尿病患者21人,脑卒中患者7人,冠心病患者16人;不同性别、不同行政级别和不同部门的公务员高血压患病率之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且男性高于女性,处级干部高于一般职员,其余3种慢性病的患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同学历公务员除脑卒中患病率差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余3种慢性病的患病率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);性别、年龄、家族史和吸烟为高血压患病的危险因素。结论衢州市在职公务员慢性病患病率的影响因素有性别、级别、职业、学历和吸烟等。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension, diabetes, stroke and coronary heart disease among working civil servants in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and to analyze the influencing factors. Methods A total of 842 in-service civil servants in Quzhou were investigated by questionnaires and physical examination, and relevant data were collected for analysis. Results Among the 842 active civil servants, there were 131 hypertensive patients, 21 diabetic patients, 7 stroke patients and 16 coronary heart disease patients. The differences in the prevalence of hypertension between civil servants with different gender, different administrative levels and different departments (P <0.05), and the male was higher than the female, the departmental cadres were higher than the general staff, the other three kinds of chronic diseases, the prevalence was no significant difference (P> 0.05); different education civil servants in addition to stroke (P> 0.05). The prevalence rates of the other three chronic diseases were all significantly different (P <0.05). The gender, age, family history and smoking risk were the risk factors of hypertension . Conclusion The influencing factors of prevalence of chronic diseases among civil servants working in Quzhou City are gender, grade, occupation, education and smoking.
