目的 本文探讨纳洛酮联用盐酸异丙嗪对火箭推进剂偏二甲基肼 (UDMH)中毒鼠的救治效果 ,以探讨简便易行的对UDMH中毒防治的新途径。方法 LACA雄性小鼠 ,18~ 2 2g ,共 45只。按体重随机分成 5组 :对照组、盐酸异丙嗪组、纳洛酮组、纳洛酮 +盐酸异丙嗪联合用药组、维生素B6组。模型制作 :取 0 2 5LD50 UDMH剂量给各组小鼠腹腔注射。治疗方法 :对照组给予小鼠腹腔注射生理盐水 0 2mL/只 ;纳洛酮组给予小鼠腹腔注射纳洛酮 (0 12mg/kg) 0 2mL/只 ;盐酸异丙嗪组给予小鼠腹腔注射盐酸异丙嗪 (7 5mg/kg) 0 2mL/只 ;联合用药组给予小鼠腹腔注射纳洛酮及盐酸异丙嗪各 0 1mL/只 ;维生素B6组给予小鼠腹腔注射维生素B6(9 0 1mg/kg) 0 2mL/只 ,中毒后 15min、1h分别腹腔内注射上述药物共 2次。注射完毕后观察小鼠的表现和存活情况。结果 5组实验动物中 ,纳洛酮、盐酸异丙嗪组的存活率分别为 33%和 44 % ,高于对照组(11% ) ;以纳洛酮 +盐酸异丙嗪联合用药组的存活率为最高 (5 6 % ) ;但都低于维生素B6组的存活率 (78% )。结论 纳洛酮联用盐酸异丙嗪可明显推迟UDMH中毒小鼠痉挛的发生 ,提高小鼠的存活率。
Objective To investigate the effect of naloxone combined with promethazine hydrochloride on rodent propellant in rats exposed to dimethyl hydrazine (UDMH) to explore a new and easy way to prevent and control UDMH poisoning. Methods LACA male mice, 18 ~ 2 2g, a total of 45. The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups according to body weight: control group, promethazine hydrochloride group, naloxone group, naloxone + promethazine hydrochloride combination group and vitamin B6 group. Model: Take 0 2 5LD50 UDMH dose to each group of mice by intraperitoneal injection. The rats in the naloxone group were given intraperitoneal injection of naloxone (0 12 mg / kg) 0 2 mL / only; the promethazine hydrochloride group was given intraperitoneal injection of saline The promethazine hydrochloride (75 mg / kg) was given as 0 2 mL per injection. The mice in the combination group were intraperitoneally injected with naloxone and promethazine hydrochloride (0 1 mL per mouse) respectively. The vitamin B6 group was given intraperitoneal injections of vitamin B6 1mg / kg) 0 2mL / only, 15min after poisoning, 1h intraperitoneal injection of the above drugs were 2 times. After the injection, the performance and survival of the mice were observed. Results The survival rates of naloxone and promethazine hydrochloride groups were 33% and 44%, respectively, higher than that of the control group (11%). The survival rates of naloxone + promethazine hydrochloride combined group The highest rate (56%); but lower than the vitamin B6 group survival rate (78%). Conclusion Naloxone combined with promethazine hydrochloride can significantly delay the occurrence of spasticity in mice with UDMH poisoning and improve the survival rate of mice.
