通过选择培养基,从红花根际土中分离出8株溶磷效果好的解磷细菌。钼锑抗比色法测量其溶磷能力,通过形态学、生理生化表型测定,结合16S rDNA基因序列同源性分析鉴定,并对获得的溶磷效果较好的菌株进行盆栽试验。试验结果表明:8株菌分为以下几个属,CM1和CM6属于假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas),CM4、CM7、CM8属于芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),CM2、CM3、CM5分别属于根瘤菌属(Bradyrhizobium)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces)、不动杆菌属(Acinetobacter)。CM5、CM6两株菌对红花生长有明显的促进作用。
Eight medium phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria with good phosphate-solubilizing effect were isolated from rhizosphere soil by selecting medium. Molybdenum antimony colorimetry was used to measure its ability to dissolve phosphorus. The morphological, physiological and biochemical phenotypes were determined, and the 16S rDNA gene sequence homology was identified. The results showed that the eight strains belonged to the following genus, CM1 and CM6 belonged to Pseudomonas, CM4, CM7 and CM8 belonged to Bacillus, CM2, CM3 and CM5 belonged to Rhizobium Bradyrhizobium, Streptomyces, Acinetobacter. CM5, CM6 two strains of safflower growth has a significant role in promoting.
