采用微型烧结设备研究了烧结温度、碱度和Mg O含量对高褐铁矿配比混合矿黏结相强度的影响,结果表明:随着烧结温度、碱度、Mg O含量的增加,黏结相强度先升高后降低,当烧结温度为1 280℃、碱度为1.6、Mg O质量分数为2.0%时,高褐铁矿配比混合矿的黏结相强度最高。生产中应适当降低褐铁矿的配比,保证混合铁矿粉具有足够的黏结相强度。
The effects of sintering temperature, alkalinity and MgO content on the bond strength of mixed mineral in high limonite ore are studied by means of micro-sintering equipment. The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature, alkalinity and MgO content, the bond strength When the sintering temperature is 1,280 ℃, the alkalinity is 1.6 and the mass fraction of MgO is 2.0%, the strength of the binder phase in high limonite mixture is the highest. Production should be appropriate to reduce the ratio of limonite to ensure that the mixed iron ore powder has sufficient bonding phase strength.
