本文运用调查访问法、文献资料法以及数理统计法等研究方法,从整体性、综合性角度,对漯河市9所示范性高中的体育师资队伍的年龄结构、学历结构、再教育情况以及近几年发表论文、期刊的篇数和研究课题情况进行了现状调查与分析。结果表明:漯河市示范性高中体育教师队伍年龄结构较合理,但学历层次稍低,再教育现状较差,发表论文、期刊的篇数和研究课题的级别不够高等。并针对所存在的问题,提出了提高体育师资队伍综合水平的对策与建议。
This article uses the methods of investigation and interview, literature and data, and mathematical statistics to study the age structure, educational structure, reeducation, and recent education of the PE faculty members in 9 demonstration high schools in Luohe City from a holistic and comprehensive perspective. The number of papers published in the journal, the number of papers and research topics carried out the status quo investigation and analysis. The results show that the age structure of the demonstration high school PE teachers in Luohe City is relatively reasonable, but the academic level is slightly lower, the status quo of education is poor, the number of dissertations, periodicals and research topics are not high enough. In view of the existing problems, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the comprehensive level of PE teachers.
