应用小角X射线散射技术(SAXS)确定了Cu_(73)Sn_6Ni_6P_(15)非晶合金在温度区间443—473K范围内的晶化激活能E_c=210kJ·mol~(-1),晶体成核激活能E_n=238kJ·mol~(-1)和晶体长大激活能E_g=140kJ·mol~(-1),并分析讨论了三者的关系。文中指出确定晶体长大激活能的正确方法是使用晶体体积长大速度,使用了新的校正回火非晶合金小角X射线散射强度背底误差的方法。
The crystallization activation energy E_c = 210kJ · mol ~ (-1) of Cu 73 Sn 6 Ni 16P 15 amorphous alloy in the temperature range of 443-473K was determined by the small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) The energy E_n = 238 kJ · mol -1 and the activation energy of crystal growth E_g = 140 kJ · mol ~ (-1) were calculated and discussed. The paper pointed out that the correct method to determine the activation energy of crystal growth is to use the crystal bulk growth rate and to use a new method to correct the background error of small angle X-ray scattering intensity of tempered amorphous alloy.
