深圳市勤诚达C区项目,西侧紧邻地铁5号线,由于地铁对基坑安全要求高,西侧的基坑设计为三排桩支护;东侧距离灵芝小学仅隔一条6 m宽市政道路,基坑的东、西两侧设计均预留有土台;3栋塔楼的核心筒承台区域,在裙楼基坑的基础上,还需向下开挖深度超过4.1~5 m,即“坑中坑”;由于本工程的基坑土质情况为黏性土或强风化岩,初期强度较高,遇水软化;包括本工程的出土坡道,由于无足够的放坡距离,均需采取二次支护措施;本文就如何利用微型桩技术解决“土台”“坑中坑”“出土坡道”支护施工中的技术问题提供参考。
