本文主要是建立用UPLC检测红枣中安赛蜜、糖精钠的方法。对红枣样品进行水溶萃取,提取方法简单、提取完全,用流动相甲醇:乙酸铵水溶液(0.02mol/L)=2.5:97.5对样品进行等度洗脱,重复性高,安赛蜜、糖精钠标准品的重复性RSD为0.17%、0.05%;可准确检测红枣食品中安赛蜜、糖精钠的含量。
This article is mainly used to establish the UPLC detection jujube Acesulfame K, saccharin sodium method. The jujube samples were extracted by water, the extraction method was simple and the extraction was complete. The samples were isocratically eluted with the mobile phase of methanol: ammonium acetate aqueous solution (0.02mol / L) = 2.5: 97.5, with high repeatability, acesulfame, The repeatability RSD of the standard was 0.17% and 0.05%, which could accurately detect the contents of acesulfame potassium and sodium saccharin in the jujube food.
