目前除盐水泵的稳定供水和调节控制是保证钢铁企业正常生产的重要环节。冷轧除盐水泵通过水泵出水管阀门进行流量调节,在满足恒压供水和外网流量变化要求的情况下造成了大量的能源浪费。针对此种情况,对除盐水泵变频改造进行可行性与节能分析,并提出具体实施方案,达到降低能耗的目标,同时满足系统的恒压供水。
