研究了固溶+时效处理工艺对真空钎焊6061合金钎焊接头剪切强度和组织的影响。结果表明,510℃的固溶处理可以促使焊缝中原来富集的Si和Mg向母材中扩散,后续的200℃时效处理也有这样的作用。固溶+时效处理后,钎焊接头的剪切强度提高了70%。
The effects of solution treatment and aging treatment on the shear strength and microstructure of 6061 alloy vacuum brazed joints were studied. The results show that the solution treatment at 510 ℃ can promote the original enrichment of Si and Mg in the weld to the base metal. The subsequent aging treatment at 200 ℃ also has such effect. After solution treatment and aging treatment, the shear strength of brazed joints increased by 70%.
