目的：探讨速效溃结散保留灌肠治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎（ＣＵＣ）临床疗效及作用机理。方法：随机设速效溃结散治疗组（１５６例）和口服柳氮磺胺吡啶对照组（７８例），对两组患者治疗前后主要症状和体征积分值作对比观察，并进行了动物实验。结果：临床总有效率治疗组与对照组分别为９８７％、７０５％；临床治愈率分别为７８２％、６４％；复发率分别为５３％、２００％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜００１）。实验研究证明速效溃结散能使肠粘膜充血水肿迅速消失，促进溃疡修复愈合，对痉挛结肠抑制明显，有显著止泻和抗过敏介质组胺作用。结论：速效溃结散保留灌肠有良好的抗ＣＵＣ作用，复发率低，无毒副作用。 Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect and mechanism of Cesarean Ulcer with retention enema on chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis (CUC). Methods: A total of 156 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 28) and sulfasalazine control group (n = 78). The main symptoms and signs before and after treatment were compared and the animal experiments were conducted. Results: The total clinical effective rate was 98.7% and 70.5% in the treatment group and the control group respectively. The clinical cure rates were 782% and 64% respectively. The recurrence rates were respectively 53% and 200 %, The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0  01). Experimental studies have shown that quick-acting ulcer can quickly disappear congestion and edema of the intestinal mucosa to promote healing of ulcers, colon spasm significantly inhibited, there is a significant anti-diarrhea and anti-allergic media histamine. Conclusion: The quick-acting ulcerative colonic retention enema has a good anti-CUC effect, low recurrence rate and no toxic side effects.
