目的建立高压罐消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定茶叶中美术绿的检测方法。方法建立标准曲线,并对方法的检出限、定量限及回收率进行分析。结果铅、铬标准曲线相关系数分别为0.999 3和0.999 6;方法检出限为0.001 6和0.002mg/kg;回收率:铅为94.8%~102%,铬为86%~108%。结论利用该方法检测茶叶中美术绿线性关系良好,方法灵敏度高,精密度和准确度好,满足检测要求。
Objective To establish a high pressure tank digestion - Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry Determination of Art Green tea detection methods. Methods The standard curve was established and the detection limit, limit of quantification and recovery rate of the method were analyzed. Results The correlation coefficients of the standard curves of lead and chromium were 0.999 3 and 0.999 6 respectively. The detection limits were 0.001 6 and 0.002 mg / kg. The recoveries were 94.8% -102% for lead and 86% -108% for chromium. Conclusion The method has good linearity in detecting art green tea. The method has high sensitivity, precision and accuracy, and meets the testing requirements.
