目的:建立弱极性毛细管柱顶空气相色谱测定生活饮用水中7种卤代烃的方法。方法:选择弱极性毛细管色谱柱,采用顶空进样方式,确定适宜的仪器分析条件,并对分离度,回收率,精密度及稳定性进行了研究。结果:方法的标准曲线相关系数在0.9985~0.9998之间;相对标准偏差为1.02%~4.77%;回收率为76%~94%。结论:该方法可以快速准确的同时测定水中7种卤代烃。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of seven halogenated hydrocarbons in domestic drinking water by capillary gas chromatography with weak polarities. Methods: We selected the weak polar capillary column, and adopted the headspace sampling method to determine the appropriate instrument analysis conditions. The separation, recovery, precision and stability were studied. Results: The correlation coefficient of the standard curve was between 0.9985 and 0.9998. The relative standard deviations were 1.02% ~ 4.77%. The recoveries were between 76% and 94%. Conclusion: This method can be fast and accurate determination of seven kinds of halogenated hydrocarbons in water simultaneously.
