近年来炉渣光谱分析的工作受到各国的重视。由于炉渣的组成十分复杂,光谱工作者们愈来愈多地倾向于利用溶液法来担任这一任务。本文中介绍了用碳电极溶液法和杯电极溶液法进行炉渣分析的经验。这两个方法都可以消除因炉样组成变化给工作带来的影响。分析的误差一般在±3%以内。由于分析速度不够快所以很难满足炉前分析的要求。但是在进行炉后分析及炉渣全分析时光谱法仍然比化学方法来得快和省。
In recent years, the work of slag spectroscopy has drawn the attention of all countries. Due to the complex composition of the slag, spectrum workers are increasingly inclined to use solution methods for this task. This article describes the experience of using the carbon electrode solution method and the cup electrode solution method for slag analysis. Both of these methods eliminate the effects of changes in furnace composition on the job. Analysis of the error is generally ± 3% or less. As the analysis speed is not fast enough so it is difficult to meet the requirements of pre-furnace analysis. However, spectroscopy is still faster and cheaper than chemical methods for after-furnace analysis and full slag analysis.
