目的 观察“间断性站立”是否具有减轻或防止模拟失重所致睾丸萎缩的效果 ,并观察其对后肢肌肉和骨萎缩的对抗效果是否与有隐睾大鼠所得出者一致。 方法 雄性SD大鼠 2 8只 ,随机分为 4组 :即对照组 1 (CON1 ) ,对照组 2 (CON2 ) ,无隐睾尾部悬吊 4周组 (SUS)及 2 0h/d无隐睾尾部悬吊 +4h/d站立组 (SUS +STD4)。CON1 组大鼠行假手术 ;其他组均行腹股沟管环缩术。4周后 ,称量双侧肾上腺、睾丸、附睾和比目鱼肌的湿重 ,以及右侧股骨的湿重、干重、灰重 ,并测量骨干中段长度与直径。将睾丸及附睾石蜡包埋 ,切片 (5 μm) ,行HE染色 ,测量睾丸曲细精管外径与管腔内径并行组织学观察。 结果 腹股沟管环缩术可有效防止尾部悬吊大鼠睾丸滑入腹腔 ,睾丸湿重与曲细精管外径与管腔内径在两对照组间均无显著性差别。与两对照组相比 :SUS组曲细精管管腔内径显著增大 ;附睾管中精子数目明显减少或无。 4h/d间断性站立可使尾部悬吊大鼠曲细精管萎缩程度有所减轻 ;但与CON1 相比 ,其管腔内径仍显著增大 ,精子数量明显减少。SUS组中 ,比目鱼肌及股骨均出现明显萎缩 ,4h/d间断性站立可完全防止比目鱼肌湿重的减轻 ,但对减轻股骨萎缩几无对抗效果。这与我们先前用有隐睾大鼠所得的结论一致。 结论 4h/d站立仅能轻微?
Objective To observe whether “intermittent standing” has the effect of reducing or preventing testicular atrophy caused by simulated weightlessness and observing whether its antagonistic effect on hindlimb muscle and bone atrophy is consistent with those obtained from cryptorchid rats. Methods Twenty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: CON1, CON2, SUS4, and cryptorchidism Tail suspension + 4h / d standing group (SUS + STD4). CON1 rats underwent sham surgery; other groups were performed groin canal shunt. Four weeks later, the wet weights of both adrenal, testis, epididymis and soleus were weighed, and wet weight, dry weight and gray weight of the right femur were measured, and the length and diameter of the middle part of the trunk were measured. The testis and epididymal paraffin were embedded and sectioned (5 μm). HE staining was used to observe the histopathological changes of testicular seminiferous tubules. Results The inguinal canal systolic was effective in preventing slipping testis from slipping into the abdominal cavity. There was no significant difference between testicular wet weight, tubule diameter and luminal diameter in both control groups. Compared with the two control groups, the diameter of the lumen of the seminiferous tubules was significantly increased in the SUS group. The number of spermatozoa in the epididymal tube was significantly reduced or absent. However, compared with CON1, the diameter of lumen was significantly increased and the number of sperm was significantly reduced. SUS group, soleus and femur were significantly reduced, intermittent 4h / d standing can completely prevent the reduction of soleus muscle weight, but to reduce femoral atrophy few non-confrontational effect. This is in line with our previous conclusion that cryptorchid rats are used. Conclusions 4h / d stand only mild?
