报道了连续激光二极管单端抽运Nd:YVO_4单频激光器的实验研究。对“8”字结构环形谐振腔在稳腔条件下,基于热透镜效应分析了工作物质中心本征模半径与抽运光平均光斑半径的关系。工作物质热沉采用自然散热,当抽运功率为30.3 W时,获得了稳定的1064 nm单频激光输出,功率为10.48 W(线偏振光功率为10.02 W);光-光转换效率约为34.6%;光束质量为M_X~2=1.18和M_Y~2=1.19;1 min内输出激光频率漂移小于70 MHz;4 h功率不稳定度优于0.5%。
The experimental study on the single-ended pumped Nd: YVO_4 single-frequency laser with continuous laser diode is reported. Based on the thermal lens effect, the relationship between the intrinsic mode radius of the working substance and the average spot radius of pumping light is analyzed for the ring resonator with “8 ” structure. When the pumping power is 30.3 W, a stable 1064 nm single-frequency laser output is obtained, the power is 10.48 W (linearly polarized power is 10.02 W), and the light-to-light conversion efficiency is about 34.6 %; The beam quality is M_X ~ 2 = 1.18 and M_Y ~ 2 = 1.19; the output laser frequency drift is less than 70 MHz in 1 min; and the power instability is better than 0.5% in 4 h.
