肿瘤放射反应在肿瘤的放射治疗中特别是头颈部肿瘤及宫颈癌中做为一种方便可行的局控指标已应用于临床。随着整个成克隆肿瘤细胞被杀灭引起的肿瘤消退率是由肿瘤非活性成分的清洗能力决定的。有两种机制,即机械清洗,脱落与蜕变;生物清洗,吞噬清除和液体渗透。头颈部肿瘤和宫颈瘤均有肿瘤外表面,故两种清洗机制并存。周围包绕正常组织的肿瘤,因正常组织封闭着机械清洗,故只存在生物清洗。脑转移瘤即属这种。 23例病人38个脑转移瘤(19个非小细胞肺癌,11个小细胞肺癌,8个非肺癌)放疗后CT追踪3个月或
Tumor radiation response has been used clinically as a convenient and feasible local control indicator in radiotherapy of tumors, especially head and neck tumors and cervical cancer. The tumor regression rate caused by the killing of the entire cloned tumor cells is determined by the ability of the tumor’s inactive components to be washed. There are two mechanisms, namely mechanical cleaning, shedding and transmutation; biological cleaning, phagocytosis and liquid infiltration. Head and neck tumors and cervical tumors have external surfaces of the tumor, so the two cleaning mechanisms coexist. Tumors surrounding normal tissues are surrounded by normal tissue and mechanical cleaning is only possible. Therefore, only biological cleaning exists. Brain metastases are such. Thirty-three patients with 38 brain metastatic tumors (19 non-small cell lung cancer, 11 small cell lung cancer, 8 non-lung cancer) were followed by CT for 3 months after radiotherapy or
