2014年中共中央印发《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》,体现了中央对干部选拔任用的新精神和新要求。然而目前在实施过程中仍然存在贯彻不到位、不正之风时有出现的情况。本文从当前我国干部选拔任用的现状出发,针对选拔过程中品德考察不实、公开程度不广、选拔视野不宽、升迁意识不纯、监察力度不够等问题,提出相应对策,为干部选拔任用提供参考。
