TRIZ创新理论能够扩展解决问题的思路,是解决设计中技术矛盾的一种非常有效的工具。利用矛盾矩阵原理,分析振动压路机钢轮内增加配重水的重量后,导致钢轮重心发生变化及钢轮运动稳定性降低的两个矛盾。通过查询矛盾矩阵,利用重量补偿原理,得出解决钢轮晃动的对策为控制加水的高度,使其在合适的范围,从而解决加配重水后钢轮晃动的问题。同样利用矛盾矩阵工具分析胶管磨损问题,得出采用带滚子的分层组合管夹的对策,提高了胶管耐磨能力和可靠性。
TRIZ innovation theory can extend the train of thought to solve the problem and is a very effective tool to solve the technical conflicts in design. By using the principle of contradictory matrix, the contradiction between the center of gravity of the drum and the decrease of the stability of the drum is analyzed by analyzing the weight of the counterweight water in the drum of the vibratory roller. By querying the matrix of contradictions and using the principle of weight compensation, the countermeasures to solve the problem of the steel drum swaying are obtained. In order to control the height of the steel drum and make it within a suitable range, the problem of the steel drum swaying after adding heavy water is solved. Using the same contradiction matrix tool to analyze the hose wear problem, the countermeasure of adopting the layered combination pipe clamp with roller is obtained, which improves the abrasion resistance and reliability of the hose.
