为提高农村会计人员素质,保持会计人员的相对稳定,维护正常的会计工作秩序,切实解决任人唯亲、随意任免会计人员等农村会计管理中存在的突出问题。山东省沂水县委、县府决定,在全县30处乡镇、1120个行政村,全面推行农村会计人员“选举”工作。召开专题会议进行部署,并成立了由分管领导,以及纪监、农业、财政、审计等部门成立的领导小组,进行发动、组织、协调、检查和指导。目前,各乡镇农村会计人员选举工作已经全面结束,参加报名考试的人员达3860人,通
