在铁道车辆的目视检查中,以往要凭借检查人员的经验和知识进行定性判断、评估,难以进行定量判定,易出现偏差.为此,通过组合使用3D传感器与激光多普勒传感器,开发了基于定量判定、考虑时效变化及环境等监视车辆外观状态变化的技术.介绍了监视系统的概况、结构,实际测量结果及应用方法.
