文章基于DMF在工业生产中的重要作用,对于其回收工艺中的精馏塔温度的控制,提出了BP神经网络模糊PID控制器的方案,并用遗传模拟退火算法对其进行优化。通过与传统PID控制器和模糊PID控制器的仿真结果比较可知,该方案更为实时有效,更加适用于工业生产。
Based on the important role of DMF in industrial production, a scheme of BP neural network fuzzy PID controller is put forward for the control of distillation tower temperature in the recovery process. The genetic annealing algorithm is used to optimize it. Compared with the simulation results of traditional PID controller and fuzzy PID controller, we can see that the scheme is more real-time and effective and more suitable for industrial production.
