目的 应用经颅多普勒超声(TCD) 检测儿童血管性头痛的临床意义。方法 应用经颅多普勒超声技术检测132 例儿童血管性头痛患者。结果 132 例患儿TCD 检测异常者为128 例,异常率达96 % 。异常者中脑底动脉平均血流速度(Vm) 增快的104 例,占81 % 。Vm 减慢的24 例占19 % 。结论 TCD 作为一种非损伤性、简便、可靠的检测手段对儿童血管性头痛的诊断、分型及治疗效果的观察均有重要的临床价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) in the detection of vascular headache in children. Methods Transcranial Doppler ultrasound was used to detect 132 cases of children with vascular headache. Results 132 cases of abnormal TCD in children were 128 cases, the abnormal rate of 96%. In the abnormal group, the average cerebral blood flow velocity (Vm) increased in 104 cases, accounting for 81%. Vm slowed in 24 cases accounted for 19%. Conclusion TCD has important clinical value as a non-invasive, simple and reliable test for the diagnosis, classification and treatment of children with vascular headache.
