采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对全国高职院校体育协会评选的95名优秀体育教师的业务水平进行分类对比研究,了解我国高职院校“骨干”体育教师职业分布、业务水平情况。结果显示:1)我国高职院校优秀体育教师资源分布不均,且学历层次总体偏低,在职称评定中教龄偏高,男、女教师业务水平单一,“副教授”职称的教师工作量偏大。2)在竞技比赛指导方面,职称水平越低的优秀教师,获取的荣誉越多;在课题、课程建设方面,职称越高的教师完成的数目越多,在论文发表上所有优秀教师核心期刊文章发表率偏低且总体学术水平薄弱。3)在社会服务方面,职称越高的教师服务量越低。
By means of literature review, expert interviews and mathematical statistics, we classify and compare the professional skills of 95 excellent physical education teachers selected by the National Sports Association of higher vocational colleges to find out the professional distribution of the “backbone” physical education teachers , Business level.
