1993年,我从北京大学毕业,以120:1的竞争比例考进了一家著名的外企。我先做了一年多的普通文员,随后又调到人事部给HR(人事总监)做助理。1996年11月,我被任命为总经理特别助理。12月,人事总监调至另一个分公司,我又兼任了HR。 两年的HR任职,使我真正了解了“人力资源”的概念,这是企业生存发展的最重要的核心。在充分吸收国外人力资源最先进最现代的管理经验后,我成了一名称职的人力资源管理者,同时,也成了“猎头”的目标。
In 1993, I graduated from Peking University and entered a famous foreign company with a competitive ratio of 120: 1. I first did more than a year of ordinary clerks, then transferred to the HR department to HR (HR Director) assistant. In November 1996, I was appointed Special Assistant to the General Manager. In December, director of personnel transferred to another branch, I also serve as HR. After two years of HR service, I really understand the concept of “human resources”, which is the most important core for the survival and development of an enterprise. After fully absorbing the most advanced and modern management experience of foreign human resources, I became a qualified human resource manager, and at the same time, became the target of “headhunter”.
