为了探究贫困生日常困扰对心理健康影响的作用机制,采用自编贫困生日常困扰问卷、应付方式量表、社会支持评定量表、WHO-5幸福感指数量表对南京三所高校大一到大四年级269名贫困生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)贫困大学生日常困扰较多,社会支持少,调用的积极应对方式多,但总体上还存在较多的心理健康问题。(2)贫困大学女生的日常困扰较多,女生的社会支持利用度显著高于男生;经济困扰和学业困扰在高年级贫困生中更为显著;人际困扰和生活困扰在大二、大三年级较为显著;大四年级应对方式最积极,大一年级的客观支持最少,主观支持最多。(3)贫困大学生日常困扰同应对方式、社会支持、心理健康相关显著。(4)社会支持在日常困扰对心理健康的影响中起部分中介作用,消极应对方式在日常困扰对心理健康的影响中起中介作用;消极应对在社会支持对心理健康的影响中起部分中介作用。
In order to explore the mechanism of impoverished students’ daily distress on the impact of mental health, using self-compiled questionnaire of daily problems of poverty-stricken students, coping styles scale, social support rating scale and WHO-5 index of happiness index, The sophomore year 269 poor students to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results: (1) Impoverished college students often have more problems, less social support, and more coping styles. However, there are still many mental health problems in general. (2) There are more daily problems in poor university girls and the utilization of social support for girls is significantly higher than that of boys; economic distress and academic distress are more significant among the senior students; interpersonal distress and life disturbances occur in sophomore and junior year More significant; senior year coping style is the most positive, freshman year objective support the least, the most subjective support. (3) The daily problems of impoverished college students are related to coping style, social support and mental health. (4) Social support played a part of mediating role in daily disturbances ’influence on mental health. Negative coping style played an intermediary role in the daily disturbances’ impact on mental health. Negative coping played a part of mediating role in the influence of social support on mental health .
