山西神头第二发电厂是国家近年来兴建的大型火力发电厂。几年来,我们坚持以人为本,倡导岗位成才,做到在建厂中育人,在育人中建厂。一九八六年底,神头第二发电厂开始筹建。职工队伍除筹建初期从兄弟厂调入部分生产技术骨干外,主要是学校分配的技校生、大中专毕业生和从社会招收的徒工。生产一线职工平均年龄不到二十四岁。这些出校门进厂门的青工,除了书本知识外,基本上没有电力企业实际工作经验,要驾驭自动化程度高、高精技术多、技术复杂的现代化大型机组,是很困难的。针对青工队伍的现状,厂里提出了‘建设百万电厂,培育四有新人’的战略方针。重点是倡导职工岗位成才。具体做法: 一是制订岗位成才的组织措施。为了使岗位成才活动有领导、有组织地进行,厂里成立了岗位成才领导小组,各支部也成立了岗位成才领导小组,车间的党政工团配合抓好这项工作。厂岗位成才领导小组颁布全厂职工岗位成才的具体标准、实施细则和考核办法。厂里还为每一个职工设立了岗位成才档案。

It is very difficult to control modern large-scale units with high automation, high-precision technology and complex technology. In response to the status quo of young workers, the factory proposed a strategic guideline of “building one million power plants and nurturing four new talents.” The key point is to advocate the success of staff positions. Specific ways: First, develop organizational skills to become successful. In order to make the post a success, leading and organizing activities have been carried out. In the factory, a leadership team has been set up, and various branches have also set up leading posts for the success of their posts. The party and government work groups in the workshop have cooperated with this task. The leading position of the factory leadership team promulgated the specific standards, implementation details and assessment methods for the entire factory staff. The factory also set up for each employee talent files.
