ＭＨＣⅡ类分子的主要作用是递呈外源性抗原，恒定链（Ｉｉ）是其递呈抗原过程中的重要辅助分子。恒定链的作用包括其胞外部分对ＭＨＣⅡ类分子抗原结合位点的阻断作用，其胞浆尾部所提供的ＭＨＣⅡＩｉ复合体的分选／内化信号以及Ｉｉ自身的初步降解释放ＭＨＣⅡ类分子的信号。本文综述了Ｉｉ胞浆尾部ＭＨＣＩｉ复合体分选／内化信号的定位、结构和功能，以及Ｉｉ自身的初步降解信号的定位和功能
The main role of MHC class II molecules is the presentation of exogenous antigens, constant chain (Ii) is an important helper molecule in the process of antigen presentation.
