空间失重环境会影响生物体功能,表现出失重生物效应。在地面可以采用多种方式(探测火箭、回转器、磁悬浮)模拟失重环境或失重生物效应,探索失重效应的细胞分子机制。近年来研究动物细胞在三维回转条件下模拟失重生物效应及机制研究的论文逐年增加。本文对三维回转培养条件下模拟失重生物效应的原理进行了简单介绍,分析了三维回转模拟失重的结果 ,重点综述了三维回转培养条件下采用多种动物细胞模拟失重生物效应研究进展,并对有待解决的问题进行了展望。
Space-weight environment will affect the function of organisms, showing weightlessness biological effects. In the ground can be used a variety of ways (detection rocket, gyrator, magnetic levitation) to simulate the weightlessness of the environment or the biological effects of weightlessness to explore the molecular mechanism of weightlessness effect of the cell. In recent years, the research papers on the biological effects and mechanisms of animal cells under simulated three-dimensional swirling conditions have been increasing year by year. In this paper, we briefly introduce the principle of biological effects of simulated weightlessness in three-dimensional rotary culture, and analyze the results of three-dimensional swirling simulated weightlessness. The research progress of simulating biological effects of weightlessness in three-dimensional swirling culture is reviewed in detail. The problems solved are prospected.
