研究了Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5大块非晶合金的力学性能.用Gleeble-3200热模拟机在过冷液相区内的345和375℃两个温度下进行了压缩试验,发现减小压缩速率和提高温度对压缩变形的影响基本相似;用Instron万能材料试验机测试了合金的室温和低温拉伸性能.在低温下合金的拉伸强度随试验温度的降低而下降.硬度测试结果显示,在玻璃转变温度以下,硬度随热处理温度升高和退火时间的延长而降低;在玻璃转变温度以上退火,硬度提高.
The mechanical properties of Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 bulk amorphous alloy were studied.The compression tests were carried out at temperatures of 345 and 375 ℃ in the supercooled liquid region with a Gleeble-3200 thermal simulator, and it was found that reducing the compression rate and The effect of increasing the temperature on the compressive deformation is basically the same. The tensile properties at room temperature and low temperature of the alloy were tested by Instron universal testing machine. The tensile strength of the alloy decreased with the decrease of the test temperature at low temperature. Below the transition temperature, the hardness decreases with increasing heat treatment temperature and annealing time; annealing above the glass transition temperature increases the hardness.
