本文提出一种新型的热电偶检定炉,它采用了新的炉腔结构、新的加热方式和新的控温方法。与目前工厂、计量部门使用的热电偶检定炉相比,热惯性小,升温速度快,大大缩短检定时间,节能十分显著。并以微机控制炉温及升温速度,控制精度高于规程要求。 This paper presents a new type of thermocouple furnace, which uses a new furnace cavity structure, a new heating method and a new temperature control method. Compared with the thermocouple test furnace currently used in factories and metrology departments, the thermal inertia is small and the heating speed is fast, which greatly shortens the test time and saves energy. And computer control of furnace temperature and heating rate, control accuracy is higher than the rules required.
