飞行时间质谱在线气体分析系统被用于中国莱芜钢铁股份有限公司的一座60吨转炉,进行炼钢过程自动监测。本文介绍了飞行时间质谱的工作原理和性能特点,也描述了该在线气体分析系统的组成、安装布局、与其它转炉生产设备的衔接以及在现场达到的性能指标。通过大量转炉冶炼过程数据,分析了由上述系统得到的、基于气体分析结果的“冶炼曲线”与转炉生产工艺的相关性。应用结果表明:这种在线气体分析系统能够及时预警氧枪漏水、预报喷溅、降低补吹次数和提高转炉生产的终点命中率,它将在炼钢生产,特别是无法使用副枪技术的中小型转炉的工艺动态控制中发挥重要作用。
Flight Time Mass Spectrometry On-line gas analysis system was used in a 60-ton converter at China’s Laiwu Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. for automatic monitoring of the steelmaking process. This paper introduces the working principle and performance characteristics of TOFMS. It also describes the composition of the on-line gas analysis system, the layout of the installation, the interface with other converter manufacturing equipment, and the performance indicators achieved in the field. Through a large number of converter smelting process data, the correlation between the “smelting curve” and the converter production process based on the gas analysis results obtained by the above system was analyzed. The application results show that the on-line gas analysis system can timely warn the leakage of oxygen lances, predict splashing, reduce the number of fill blows and increase the end point hit rate of converter production.
