本文从上活塞作冲击运动时而产生的冲击载荷应力波的传递过程,对原桩锤的上活塞的断裂原因进行了分析,得出了由于选材的不合理和由于上活塞危险截面结构形状的不合理而在交变应力作用下引起了上活塞的被劳破坏的结论。进而指出了在慎重选材基础上,除了从受力计算外,还要采取正确的措施以尽量减小突变截面的应力集中,从而保证上活塞安全工作的道理。
In this paper, the reason why the upper piston of the original pile hammer breaks is analyzed from the transmission process of the impact load stress wave caused by the upper piston’s impact movement. It is concluded that due to the unreasonable material selection and the dangerous cross-section structure of the upper piston, Reasonable and under the action of alternating stress caused the conclusion that the upper piston was damaged by labor. In addition, we pointed out that on the basis of careful selection of materials, in addition to calculating the force, we must also take corrective measures to minimize the stress concentration of the catastrophic section, so as to ensure the safety of the upper piston.
